When you give your favorite family a membership to The Children’s Playhouse they get a full year of playful learning at their favorite indoor/outdoor play space, plus discounts on classes and parties. Make your gift a Passport membership and they can visit over 150 children’s museums around the country!

When you purchase a gift membership online, we will email you a special gift card that you may present to the lucky family. Hard copy gift cards are available in person at The Children's Playhouse.

Please include information on this form with your payment. Checks and membership form may be mailed to 400 Tracy Circle, Boone, NC 28607. Payment may also be accepted over the phone when The Children's Playhouse is open. If paying through the website, you can email the form.
