The Playhouse Family Music Festival
After two great years as a Saturday-only event, the Playhouse Family Music Festival will expand to two days in 2009, aiming to double last year’s attendance record of over 1000 people.
This year’s line-up will include:
5:30-11 pm, Friday August 7. Music, dinner, and contra dancing featuring Lost Ridge, Lisa and Dave, dot-dot-dash, and the Forget-Me-Nots. (more)
11:00 am-6 pm, Saturday August 8. Music of Sol Driven Train, Big Bang Boom, and the Lazybirds, plus dancing, animals, food, crafts, and more. (more)
The festival will also include kids' art activities, old-fashioned games and contests, water play, belly dancing and more. Children can even make money at the Kids' Craft Market. Crafts and food will be available for sale.
