Presented by the Appalachian Regional Healthcare Foundation, The Third Annual Playhouse Baby and Parenting Fair will feature the following fun activities:
- Information booths from local service agencies such as the Health Department as well as businesses that cater to families.
- Children’s activities

- Baby Race (crawlers and toddler divisions)

Scoop Up the Bargains at the Consignment & Rummage Sale!
You’ll love the great deals on kids clothes, household items, furniture, equipment and more. Your kids will love the airwalk, face-painting, dress-up, art activities, contests, and food! Held in conjunction with the Playhouse Baby and Parenting Fair at the National Guard Armory, Boone. Those wanting the best pickings, will want to hit the Early Bird sale on Friday. Be sure to come back on Saturday for all the great activities and games, plus bargain bags and half-price consignment from noon to 1 pm.

Consigners earn 60% and the remaining 40% is a tax-deductible donation to The Children's Playhouse. Download the Consigner's Guidelines and Registration form or pick up a Consigner’s packet at The Playhouse.
Sale is April 17-19. Consignments will be accepted at the Boone National Guard Armory starting April 16th. Special consigners presale April 17!
If you don’t want to consign, but would like to donate we will be glad to help you de-clutter by taking your yard sale items now--just drop them off at The Playhouse, 400 Tracy Circle, Boone.
Directions to The Armory
From 321/221 (South side of town) In front on the Walgreen's Drug Store turn onto Deerfield Road. Go past the Watauga County Medical Center/Hospital to the bottom of hill. At the traffic light turn left onto State Farm Road. Go two blocks and turn right at the Fire Station No. 2 onto Hunting Hills Lane. The National Guard Armory is located on the right behind the Fire Station and a baseball field.
