Directions to the National Guard Armory
The address for the Armory is 274 Hunting Hills Lane, Boone, NC 28607. The Armory is located diagonally across from the Tot Lot on Hunting Hills Lane.
From 321/221 (South side of town) in front on the Walgreen's Drug Store turn onto Deerfield Road. Go past the Watauga County Medical Center/Hospital to the bottom of hill. At the traffic light turn left onto State Farm Road. Go two blocks and turn right at the Fire Station No. 2 onto Hunting Hills Lane. The National Guard Armory is located on the right behind the Fire Station and a baseball field.
From The Children's Playhouse (near the intersection of 105 Ext and 421/ King Street ): Take a left out of the parking lot for The Children's Playhouse onto King Street heading east. Immediately turn right onto the 105 Extension. From the 105 Extension, take a left at the light near First Citizen's Bank onto State Farm Road. Follow State Farm Road until you see ire Station No. 2 on the corner of Hunting Hills Lane and State Farm Road. Take a left onto State Farm Road. The National Guard Armory is located behind a baseball field and diagonally across from the Tot Lot playground.
